Try This Simple Fried Cajun Chicken Breast Recipe at Your Home

Cajun chicken breast is a healthy meal for all those people who are trying to be in a proper shape. It is soft, juicy and full of flavors. If you want to reduce weight, gets thinner or looking for a perfect muscle definition, then include this healthy foodstuff in your meal. It is easy to make in few minutes and do not require a lot of efforts.

One can make baked or fried Cajun chicken breast recipe at his/her home. Chicken breast is the thinnest part of the chicken and contains very less calories. It is delicious to eat and rubbed with different spices to give a unique taste. I am sharing the recipe of fried Cajun chicken breast so that you can also try it at your home

  • Mix a cup of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon unevenly grinded black pepper and 3 tablespoons salt-free Cajun spice of any brand in a paper bag.
  • Sprinkle seasonings and pepper to chicken parts and keep it in the bag (one by one) and shake well to cover the chicken pieces properly.  Put the coated chicken on a rack on top of a baking pan to take excess flour.
  • Now, keep it on the counter for an hour and sprinkle the left over flour to it.
  • Heat oil in a cast iron skillet and keep chicken pieces in it till it turns golden.
  • Draw off brown paper bags. You can serve it cold for a picnic or hot with cream gravy, mashed potatoes or biscuits.
