Pan Fried Chicken Breasts with Lemon and Basil Sauce

Chicken breast recipes are soft and delicious to eat. One can make numerous types of recipe with it. Try this delicious pan fried chicken breasts with lemon and basil sauce at your home. The main ingredients used are 4 chicken breasts, 2 teaspoons black peppercorns, crushed, 6 tablespoons butter, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/2 cup flour, 8 leaves iceberg lettuce, 10-12basil leaves and salt to taste.

For sauce, you will need Egg yolk 4, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 5-6 basil leaves, 1/2 cup clarified butter, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder and salt to taste.

Method of preparation
  • Make a mixture of salt, lemon juice, crushed black peppercorns and apply on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • For the sauce, take the egg yolks in a pan and add one lemon juice and water. Cook continuously till the mixture gets thick. Remove from the heat and add clarified butter, salt, basil leaves, black peppercorns and the remaining lemon juice. Mix well and keep warm.
  • Add flour, ½ tsp black peppercorns and salt in a plate. Heat butter in a saucepan. Apply flour on both sides of the chicken and place in the pan. Fry on high flame for five minutes and then lower the heat and cook.
  • Do the same procedure on the other side. Arrange iceberg lettuce leaves on a big plate and season some crushed black peppercorns on it.
  • Put the chicken breasts over the lettuce and top them with hollandaise sauce. Serve decorated with whole basil leaves.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 32-ounce containers low-sodium chicken broth

  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 medium turnip, peeled and chopped (1 1/2 cups)

Back in college our friend Michael was famous for her creamy tarragon chicken salad. Whoever tasted the chicken salad fell in love with it. The richness of white and dark meat is liked by everybody, but one can also use all one type. Whenever I make it, I thank Michael for giving me the recipe. My kids love it like anything. It is always a welcome delight. I make creamy tarragon salad occasionally and so far whoever ate asked for the recipe. The combination of yogurt and mayonnaise gives a usual chicken salad more spice and taste. You can make it in the last minutes. It will be ready in 12minutes. All you need several ingredients including:

•    1/4 cup mayonnaise
•    1/3 cup reduced-fat yogurt
•    1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
•    2 cups shredded skinless, boneless chicken (white and dark meat)
•    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
•    1/4 teaspoon salt
•    3 ounces whole-grain crackers
•    1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
•    Steamed Sugar Snap Peas

As I told you, it is easy to make the creamy tarragon chicken salad recipe. Firstly, take a medium bowl and add yogurt, mayonnaise, tarragon, salt and black pepper in it. Stir with a whisk. Simple and Delicious Fried Cajun Chicken Breast Recipe

Recently, I have made fried Cajun chicken breast recipe and it was delicious. I’m sharing the recipe so that you can also make it for your loved ones. The ingredients used are 3 to 4 pound chicken (pieces), 2 tsp salt, 3 cups lard, vegetable oil, bacon drippings, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 cup buttermilk, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 5 dashes Louisiana hot sauce, 1/4 tsp ground white pepper,1/2 tsp garlic powder and 3 cups flour.
The procedure to make this chicken recipe is:

1. Place chicken pieces in a bowl and add salt, garlic powder, white pepper, cayenne, pepper and hot sauce. Toss it; cover with plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2. Now, place chicken in another bowl and pour buttermilk over it.
3. Heat lard, vegetable oil or bacon fat in a large skillet to 176°C.
4. Remove chicken from the buttermilk, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Empty chicken to a clean bowl and sprinkle with the flour.
5. When the oil is ready, add chicken pieces to the skillet and fry for about 8 minutes on each side. Empty chicken pieces on a plate and remove excess oil with paper towels. Keep it there for a few minutes so that the juices are settled and it would become more delicious to eat.

•    1 kg center cut bacon
•    5 lg. boneless chicken breast
•    Red cooking wine
•    Onion powder
•    Spanish paprika
•    Garlic powder

First of all, prepare chicken breast by cutting off all flat and wash it properly. Now, preheat oven to 425 degree F. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with a foil and put boneless chicken on it. I am not sure how this (southern chicken-cornbread casserole) recipe found its way into my kitchen, but I am certainly glad it did. All my family members love to eat this corn bread chicken recipe and it is our favorite food. You can also make this simple sweet and savory recipe and I am sure that your whole family will love it. The ingredients used to make casserole are:
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (according to taste)
  • 1cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3 green onions (chopped)

For making cornbread topping, use 1 pouch (6.5 oz) cornbread & muffin mix, 1 egg, 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style sweet corn and 2 tbsp butter (melted). The procedure to make the recipe includes the following steps:
  • Heat the oven to 400 degree F. Take a glass baking dish and spray cooking on it.
  • Now, in a large bowl, combine chicken, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, milk and sour cream. Sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste. Fold in cheese and green onions. Keep the mixture evenly into the dish.
  • Make cornbread mix by following the directions written on pouch, substitute cream style corn for the milk and add melted butter and egg. Spread evenly on the chicken mixture and bake for about 30 minutes.

Try Making Simple and Mouth-Watering Three-Pea Chicken Salad

Three-pea chicken salad recipe is healthy and delicious to eat. It is easy to make and do not require a lot of efforts. The main ingredients required for making the recipe are:

•    4 sprigs tarragon and 2 tsp crushed leaves
•    2 garlic cloves, 1 smashed, 1 minced
•    2 large shallots, 1 halved, 1 powdered
•    Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
•    1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
•    3 tablespoons olive oil
•    3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
•    1 cup shelled fresh English (or frozen, defrost) peas
•    1/2 pound thinly sliced stringed sugar snap peas
•    1/4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
•    1/2 cup thinly sliced stringed snow peas
•    2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest plus 1 tablespoon (or more) fresh lemon juice
•    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
•    8 slices toasted whole grain bread and/or lettuce leaves

For making the recipe, first of all, keep tarragon sprigs, smashed garlic, halved shallot and chicken in a medium pan. Now, add water to cover by a single inch and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Bring water to a boil. After that, remove the pan from heat and cover it until the chicken is cooked properly, say 15–25 minutes (depending on chicken breasts’ size). Put the chicken to a plate to cool and slice it. In the meantime, take a small bowl and beat yogurt, oil, crushed shallot and minced garlic in it. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

Mix all peas in a medium bowl and add chicken, dressing, crushed tarragon, chives, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice in it. You can add more salt, pepper or lemon juice, if required and serve over lettuce leaves or toasted bread.

Simmer and heat for about 10 minutes until it gets tender. Slice the chicken when it is cooled and add to the soup. Serve the soup in all the bowls.
