Make the Appetizing Chicken Alfredo Recipe at Your Home



Today, I am going to share the Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo Recipe with you. So, hurry and get ready to try something new and delicious.

The main ingredients required for making chicken Alfredo are:

•    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
•    2 tsp Parsley flakes (dried)
•    4 tbsp Olive Oil
•    1 tsp Pepper (ground)
•    1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
•    1 lb Fettuccine or Linguine
•    1 cup White Wine
•    2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
•    1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
•    1 tsp Oregano (dried)
•    1/2 cup Whipping Cream
•    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Procedure:

  • Boil 6 quarts of water in a large container and add salt and pasta. Cook well.
  • While water is coming to a boil, heat up a large frying pan on low flame.  Add 2 tsp olive oil, 1/2 garlic, 1/4 cup onions and red pepper flakes.
  • Add chicken pieces to the pan and cook for a few minutes until it is done.  Now, remove the chicken.
  • Add left over oil, garlic and onion in the pan and cook for about 1 minute.  Add white wine (remove fry pan from the stove while adding wine to prevent fire or other mishap) and continue cooking on medium heat until reduced in half.
  • Add parmesan cheese and cream (milk).  Mix till it is thickened (for about 2 minutes) and add parsley flakes afterwards.
  • Drain pasta and keep 1 cup of pasta-water for further use.  Add pasta to sauce and stir well (In case the pasta is too thick, add the reserved pasta-water). Put a few pieces of chicken in the pasta.
  • Empty the pasta in a serving bowl and put the rest of the chicken on top.
  • At the end, sprinkle some parsley and remaining cheese.
