The main ingredients required for making spicy chicken are:

  • 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped in pieces
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground red cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger root
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce

For making spicy chicken, first of all, take a medium size bowl and add soya sauce, sweetener, red pepper, cornstarch, vinegar and keep the bowl aside. Now, heat the frying pan over high heat and add olive oil. Add chicken, ginger root and garlic in the pan. Cook for a few six minutes until the chicken is cooked properly. After this, add bell pepper pieces and cook for one more minute. Now, put the broth mixture to the frying pan and cook for 1 minute until the sauce has thickened. At the end, spread green onions evenly.
